  My WW group has suggested that I as well as others write down three things to be thankful for.  This is suppose to be a daily exercise.  However, right now I may just write it down once a week.




  1.   Thankful for the roof over my head
  2. Thankful for my husband and the time alone he has given til Sunday night.  Sometime a person just needs to be alone with their self and Furry friends.
  3. Thankful for the food to eat.
