A recent attempt here to start blogging possibly on a daily bases.
As with most folks over 50 I have concerns about my weight and for me it is a good reason. 5ft4 maybe small to medium frame weight is approx, 256 pounds give or take. Ugh. The world is in a pandemic known as Covid-19. Sadly I've lost two dear acquaintances. Well at least one was an acquaintance that worked at a local shopping center. The other was my neighbor. Thinking of their loss causes a heavy tug on my heart. The virus has caused a lot of people myself included to stay away from health clubs. Let me tell you not going to the two gyms I was going to is what is meant that"you don't know what you've got til you lose it". ote Unquote?" So I need to do exercise on my own. I have alto of exercise things two being a Mini Cycle and Treadmill. I've been feeling tired and bored. Well, bless her heart, my weight loss coach told me I needed to get more sleep. You know what, I think the gurllllll is right. My plan to walk around the neighborhood by myself for ummm 20 minutes and also use the Mini Cycle.
